You may browse this site and use the enquiry form for genuine enquiries about our services. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, extract data from it automatically, or use it to send unsolicited or misleading messages.
Information on this site
We describe our services, materials and past work as accurately as we can. Photographs, samples and finishes are shown for illustration; natural materials such as timber, stone and fabric vary in grain, shade and texture between batches, and screens display colour differently. Nothing on this website is a binding offer or a guarantee of a particular price, lead time or result.
Quotations and orders
A quotation becomes binding only once it is issued in writing by CasaDeco, accepted by you in writing, and any agreed advance payment is received. Quotations are based on the measurements, drawings and scope available at the time and are valid for the period stated on them.
If the scope changes — different materials, additional areas, changes requested after production has begun, or site conditions that were not visible at survey — the price and programme may need to change. We will tell you before carrying out additional work.
Made-to-measure and bespoke items
Curtains, blinds, upholstery, wardrobes and other items manufactured to your measurements and specification are made for you alone and cannot be resold. Once production has started, such orders cannot normally be cancelled or returned except where the item is faulty or does not match the agreed specification.
Payment
Payment terms, including any advance payment and the stages at which the balance falls due, are set out in your quotation or contract. Goods remain the property of CasaDeco until paid for in full.
Delivery, access and timing
Lead times given are estimates based on normal supply and site conditions. We will keep you informed if a date moves. Installation assumes safe, clear and timely access to the property, working power and lighting, and that any preceding trades have finished. Delays or additional visits caused by access problems or unfinished preceding work may be chargeable.
Workmanship and defects
We carry out our work with reasonable skill and care and use the materials specified in your quotation. If something we supplied or installed is defective, tell us promptly and we will inspect it and put right anything that is our responsibility. This does not cover damage from misuse, accident, alteration by others, or normal wear — nor the natural fading, movement or settling of timber, fabric and natural materials over time. Any manufacturer’s warranty on a supplied product is passed on to you on that manufacturer’s terms.
Cancellation
If you cancel after accepting a quotation, we may charge for design work already carried out, materials already ordered or cut, and items already in production.
Our content
The text, photographs, drawings and design of this website belong to CasaDeco or are used with permission. Please do not copy or republish them for commercial purposes without asking us first.
Links to other sites
This site links to third-party services such as Google and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
Liability
We are responsible for loss caused by our failure to carry out our work with reasonable skill and care. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your project is the one in force when your quotation was accepted.
